alright... so... I have to make up for being mean earlier so I'll try to be nice. we all started small so don't worry, you can improve. I'll start with the anatomy. at least you didn't use the circle tool, props for that. maybe give her body more curves, she doesn't look very female. the neck may be a little thick and heads are not that round (at least not all of them.) I see that the hair is supposed to be frizzy, but it doesn't look that much like hair. hair works in strands, try to remember that. it may only be a personal peeve of mine but neon may not be the best choice... now to the robotic parts. robots are hard because their anatomy is often distorted and strange so this may not be a good choice of design for you. if you insist on it, maybe try thinking about how the robotic parts would work. I draw a lot of steampunk so thinking about these things is inevitable. for example, robot fingers wouldn't be wire like, like the ones you drew. they would have parts that resemble the bones in your hand. also parts that power the machine and so on. if you don't want to draw that, maybe split the fingers at the joints. about the face, I don't know if it's her skin coming off or if the metal is montaged onto her scull so I will just say; it has to make logical and practical sense, otherwise it will look like it's just for show. hope you could learn something from me. good luck improving.
